We're pleased to welcome Donna Bridge, who has started with the GICS team on 15 March, who will be a great asset to our team.

Donna has been known to GICS for some time for her work at the PCP in the past, and more recently at the WestVic PHN, and the Shared Care project. Donna has a long history of project management in the health space and comes to us not only with great experience but also fabulous connections in the Wimmera.

Telehealth Clinical Guidelines

GICS has commenced a collaborative approach of implementing a sustainable telehealth model for the Medical Oncology Outpatients unit, located at the Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre (BRICC).


Project achievements so far include; establishing a telehealth working group consisting of members from Medical Oncology Outpatients; organising telehealth training and support for administration officers and clinicians; and developing in collaboration with BRICC, the resource Telehealth Clinical Guidelines - Patient selection for oncology consults.
