SMICS Annual Report 2022-23
We are proud to showcase some of the incredible work that was achieved in 2022-2023. Our dedicated team of project managers, data analysts, clinical co-directors and governance members work tirelessly to ensure that our vision, of improving patient experiences and outcomes by connecting cancer care and driving best practice, is realised. Achievements include the VICS Optimal Care Summits, with a focus on the Pancreatic Cancer Summit and the Melanoma Summit. Care of the Older Person with Cancer tool kit was developed to help identify and address existing barriers, how-to guides, patient resources as well as examples of existing geriatric oncology services. We encourage you to spend a moment reading through our annual report to gain a broader understanding of the scope of our work.
