Rhonda's Story

This is a personal story of a regional cancer patient who transfer between metropolitan and regional health services for treatment highlighting the need to improve the connectedness of cancer care for patients and carers. Rhonda is one of the many patients travelling long distances for cancer care and treatment. This is her story.
