WCMICS quality improvement and service redesign

Our commitment to better cancer care, starts with you.
We believe empowering our front-line clinical workforce is key to driving meaningful improvements in cancer care.
In partnership with our member health services and clinicians, WCMICS is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and fostering a culture of innovation.
Our primary purpose is to bring about system change within the cancer sector by providing expertise in the development and delivery of quality improvement and service redesign initiatives.
Our dedicated Project Leads play a pivotal role in supporting frontline staff. They help teams identify opportunities for improvement, navigate improvement methodologies, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure sustained success. From process mapping to outcome monitoring, we work alongside clinicians to turn challenges into opportunities.
